I had a tree fall on my house and damage my roof. So I called Pruden Restoration to come help. They sent one of the guys to my house to assess the situation and temporarily fix the giant hole in my roof until the guys could get out and complete it. The next morning a crew showed up and made it look like there was never a problem!! Will definitely use them again!!!

In November, our leaking kitchen faucet brought us to Pruden Restoration. It was a recommendation from our AHS policy recommended plumber. JC arrived within a couple of hours of the phone call from the plumber. He knew exactly what was going on, and how to help. While he explained and worked from a position of 'worst case scenario'. We were thrilled to know that it wasn't the worst case. JC went above and beyond to reach out to my insurance company to onboard them with the issue and impact. Within a few days his team was back with blowers, fans, plumbing, etc to mitigate the water and the potential mold. We were extremely pleased with their service and attention.
